Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 45 days for left hand drive trucks, 50 days for right hand drive trucks, 25 days for semi trailers, all for common designs, delivery time could be longer if there is any other special designs.
Q: What logistic can you use for shipping ?
A: We can ship trucks by RO-RO or bulk vessel.For 90% of our shipment, we will go by sea, to all main contients such as Africa, Middle East, Africa, Oceania, South Asia, South America, either by container or RO-RO or bulk vessel
For neighborhood countries of China, we can ship trucks by road or trailway.
For light spare parts in urgent need, we can ship it by international express service such as DHL, TNT, UPS or Fedex.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Usually we accept T/T or L/C, sometimes O/A for old customers
On T/T Term---30% deposit and 70% balance before shippment or against the copy of original B/L.
On L/C Term---100% irrevocable L/C without “soft clauses” can be accepted, 30% T/T deposit is required, 70% balance by L/C at sight, or 70% usance L/C can be accepted for old cumstomers.
On Sinosure O/A Term---only for customers who has cooperated with us for over 8 years
